An opportunity has now arisen for a Debt Caseworker to join a new Reading Borough Council funded project to provide debt advice to local residents.

The Debt Caseworker will work with vulnerable clients or those seeking help with more complex cases, to give full debt advice, including acting on the client’s behalf where appropriate. The Debt Caseworker will work with the Debt Adviser and Debt Team Leader to determine next steps for all new debt clients, including deciding which cases will progress towards up to 7 hours of casework, whilst managing a caseload.
