Advice is given individually or by way of training or facilitation. A community development approach is adopted to ensure services and support reach those groups struggling with significant or new community needs. RVA nurtures and supports the development of new projects and initiatives to meet those new needs.
“We cannot recommend RVA highly enough. The services, training support and guidance they provide are absolutely first class. Any not-for-profit organisation in Reading should know about and get in touch with RVA, you won’t be disappointed. RVA were instrumental in our successful conversion from a CIC to a Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO), putting us on the right track for a bright future.” Ways into Work
