Due to our success, ToolShed are looking for three people (full time or part time) to join our amazing team in Reading in August. ToolShed is a social enterprise who support young people. The roles are all super flexible. The roles involve coaching young people, helping them to find work experience and teaching them English and Maths.

We really value your industry knowledge, competence, and experience, so although holding a relevant teaching qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided and we will put you through your Level 3 teaching qualification.

• You will have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and learning, and developing others.
• Excellent customer service skills are required in order to communicate with a wide variety of external agencies.
• The most important thing is that you care. We’re looking for people with big hearts who genuinely believe in young people & know that with the right support they can achieve anything.

The role is super rewarding but not without its challenges!

Driving licence required.
