People Services Coordinator (Maternity Cover) – closing date 30 June 2019

Make-A-Wish UK creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, to join us for a one-year maternity cover contract, to help Make-A-Wish attract and recruit the right employees and volunteers to enable us to achieve our goals.

You will provide administrative support on all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising roles to facilitating the induction process. You will also be involved in developing new volunteer management and HR systems and supporting the wider People and Culture team as needed.

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised and proactive with an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. A background in volunteer recruitment or HR administration and experience in social media recruitment is desirable but not essential.
