Age UK Berkshire exists to support older people in later life. We deliver a variety of services across Berkshire and support 15,000 people each year.
Following a difficult financial period, Age UK Berkshire is now in a position to expand its services and reach. As a result we are looking to employ an experienced Services Manager to lead our contracted and free-at-point-of-contact services.
You must be an energetic and committed self-starter who is able to manage, support and grow staff, volunteers, and a variety of services including Information and Advice, befriending, Home from Hospital and volunteer management.
You will be based at our Reading office and will travel across the Berkshire area.
This is a part time position for 30 hours a week, reporting to the CEO and part of a small management team consisting of Senior Bookkeeper, Fundraiser and Operations Manager.
