Dingley’s Promise is a charity committed to the best start for every child. We support children with special educational needs and disabilities in our three Centres across Berkshire, and also provide support and information to their families. Our settings provide specialist early intervention for children with SEND, giving them the best start in life.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Deputy Manager with a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification, who has good knowledge and understanding of children with special educational needs and disabilities. Experience in management and a willingness to deputise for the Manager is essential.
