An exciting role has arisen for someone with proven Office Manager experience, who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills and a keen eye to detail. The successful candidate will support our Association Manager and deputise in their absence.
The role includes:-
- Primary point of contact for enquiries, bookings and liaising with users.
- Preparation and submitting of room hire and course invoicing.
- Management of payroll system.
- Facilitate the smooth running of the Resource Centre including renewal of maintenance contracts, and liaison with contractors.
- Line manage Centre caretakers.
- Main contact for IT support.
- Preparation of reports, committee papers and attendance of meetings including minute taking.
- key holder responsibility for the opening and closing of the building in an emergency.
