Our Help to Claim service operates a phone and webchat service that helps people understand what they might be entitled to, whether they might be better-off on Universal Credit and help making a successful claim.

Universal Credit can be notoriously complex with no ‘one size fits all’ approach, but we offer full training for this is a challenging role, as well as dedicated support within a small team.
