At Thrive, we enable people to improve their health and wellbeing through gardening.

We’re looking for a new national manager who can enable our passionate and committed teams to deliver an excellent service for our client gardeners. If you are a confident manager with experience of working in social care or charities, Thrive can offer you a new and rewarding challenge.

Our Head of Client Services oversees our three regional centres, this role will be based at Thrive Reading with travel to London and Birmingham. Option for hybrid role with up to 2 days Remote/Home working per week.
