PACT is a leading independent adoption charity in the UK, placing children with secure and loving families and supporting them with specialist therapeutic support. Our most recent Ofsted inspection rated our adoption service as ‘Outstanding’.

We are a well-established charity based in the Thames Valley with an office in Reading and second office in London. Our beneficiaries make up the wider PACT family and are supported through several community projects for children and adults facing multiple disadvantages including domestic abuse, homelessness, debt and victims or perpetrators of crime.

How you could add value

This new role within our Business Development team will work closely with our Fundraising and Business Development Manager, to achieve the fundraising targets associated with our business plan, objectives and values. You will play a significant role in generating income, networks and relationships for PACT by increasing the profile of PACT to be a partner of choice. This role will develop and implement transformational partnerships for the charity.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful corporate and/or major donor fundraising marketing income and business development targets. An excellent communicator, confident talking to and presenting and writing for a range of stakeholders.
