Finance Manager – closing date 4 November 2023

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a warm and enthusiastic team at an exciting time of change and growth within a local charity.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all financial functions within Berkshire Vision including management accounts, annual accounts, grant budgets, payroll, restricted funds as well as managing staff responsible for financial processing and HR. The Finance Manager will report regularly to the CEO and the Board on the company’s financial position.
The individual will be an active member of the Senior Management Team, working strategically on the development of the organisation.
This is an office-based role with a flexible approach to the hours worked. The successful applicant will require an enhanced DBS disclosure with barred list checks. We actively encourage applications from people with lived experience of sight loss.
