Berkshire Vision provides information/support to children and adults who are blind or visually impaired. We offer a wide range of services to our members and their families, as well as working with health and social care professionals, local employers and community groups to improve their understanding of visual impairment.
The Employability Officer role will be to provide support and to develop/deliver a target driven employability programme for visually impaired adults across Berkshire.
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting our members to live enriched lives, you should be able to work innovatively and be an advocate for our services. The role has an element of reporting, budget management and administration, the ability to use Microsoft packages is essential.

- You must be able to travel within the Thames Valley, with some driving outside the area and have a flexible approach to hours worked.
