We are looking to recruit a committed Partner Support Worker for the Aim for Change perpetrator programme. Aim for Change is a 26 week programme which works with the person perpetrating domestic abuse (the participant) and provides safety planning, advocacy and psycho-educational sessions and support to the person at risk. The programme aims to increase the participant’s awareness and understanding of domestic abuse and to reduce abusive behaviours.
We are looking for an individual who has an understanding of domestic abuse and is committed to ensuring the safety of survivors within a multidisciplinary team and in the context of holing perpetrators to account.
For the above vacancy, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a confidential and safeguarding environment, and have an understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families. A full driving license and access to transport is desirable

Contract: Fixed term until September 2023
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
