Berkshire Women’s Aid runs 7 refuges across Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham for women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.
We also run outreach services to all survivors of domestic abuse.
We have a drop-in centre in Reading and run a 24-hour helpline.
Berkshire Women’s Aid is managed by a Chief Executive and employs approximately 40 staff. Each year we support thousands of men and women experiencing domestic abuse at home or in their relationships.

We have a programme for children who have experienced domestic abuse.
We also offer groups for adults to attend to look at their experience of relationships, self esteem and gain peer support.
We also offer domestic abuse awareness training to charity partners, agencies, corporates and other stakeholders.
