Alana House offers a confidential, women only, non-judgmental space to empower and enable women to access support and improve the outcomes for them, their families and the wider community.
This role is responsible for the daily operational delivery of Alana House. You will co-ordinate and manage the centre, ensuring all aspects of the service are safe and delivered to the highest quality. You will manage efficient funding report mechanisms and provide ongoing review and development to policy and procedure.
With your experience of inter-agency and partnership working you will network, advocate and influence. Using your problem-solving skills and experience, you will overcome challenges and apply solution focused approaches. You will be skilled at writing detailed reports with evidenced based recommendations and outcomes. Apply your experience of planning to develop programmes to continue service delivery success.
