Enrych Berkshire works to help people with physical disabilities pursue leisure, sporting and learning interests, usually by matching them one to one with a volunteer who shares the same interest. As Co-ordinator you will recruit, support and match the members with volunteers. You should have experience of voluntary work and an understanding of disability issues.

The post, which is part-time 21 hours per week (job-share considered), will be office based in Reading and you should have knowledge of the area specified. A substantial amount of time will be spent out of the office and occasionally you will need to travel out of the area.

You must be flexible, resourceful and self-motivated. Computer competence is essential. You must have exclusive use of a car for which a mileage allowance is paid.
