Enrych Berkshire works to help people with physical disabilities pursue leisure, sporting and learning interests, usually by matching them one-to-one with a volunteer who shares the same interest. We are looking to replace our long serving Coordinator who is retiring.

As Coordinator you will recruit, support and match the members with volunteers. You should have experience of voluntary work and an understanding of disability issues. The post, which is part time (21 hours per week), will be office-based in Reading and you should have knowledge of the area. A substantial amount of time will be spent out of the office and occasionally you will need to travel out of the area.

You must be flexible, resourceful and self motivated. Computer competence is essential. You must have exclusive use of a car for which a mileage allowance is paid.
