We are looking for someone with experience of supervising staff, ideally within Citizens Advice but if you have experience delivering advice or supervising advisers we would happily train and develop the right person.
You will be an effective communicator who is confident with IT and you will be able to research, interpret and analyse complex information. You will be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
A strong interest in, or experience working with welfare benefits and Universal Credit in particular will be a important advantage.
