We deliver this support in a wide and holistic range of services to meet the needs of our families; one of these is our flagship project The Adopter Hub.
The Adopter Hub is an online support service for adopters and professionals working in adoption which offers a suite of support packages including webinars, eLearning, peer support via webchat and email, an adopter discussion forum and a range of resources using audio visual media.
Due to the success and continuing growth of the Adopter Hub we are now looking to expand our friendly and busy team. Your role will be to provide administrative support to ensure that the service runs smoothly and efficiently and our partners and users receive great customer service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, is able to prioritise their own workload, has a keen eye for detail and accuracy and is proficient in MS Excel. Also, you should be able to work well under pressure and be a great team player.
18.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday
