Ridgeline Therapeutic Garden provides social and therapeutic horticulture for individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and special needs.

As our Service Manager, you will:

• Deliver impactful services: Collaborate with Horticultural Therapists to ensure client needs are met.
• Engage the community: Lead fundraising events, promote our services, and network with local councils and organisations to elevate Ridgeline’s profile.
• Oversee operations: Manage health and safety obligations, and ensure the Pavilion and facilities are well-maintained.
• Lead volunteer efforts: Recruit and oversee the induction of a team of volunteers to support horticultural therapy sessions and garden maintenance.
• Provide administrative leadership: Manage enquiries, maintain secure records, and report regularly to trustees.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Knowledge of the social and healthcare system and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, IT tools, and social media.
• Commitment to safeguarding and following relevant policies.
• Experience with website management and cloud-based storage systems.
• A passion for gardening and horticulture.
