SAFE! is seeking Project Workers for our Young Victims Service and Building Respectful Families Project, our service for families affected by Child to Parent Violence.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience of working with young people in a supportive role. An enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills, you will have experience of multi-agency working and a commitment to high-standards of professionalism. You will be responsible for: providing appropriate support to children, young people and parents, conducting assessments and designing individual intervention plans based on the young person’s needs and providing support parents/carers.

SAFE! works across the Thames Valley. There are currently office bases in Oxford and Bracknell and desk sharing arrangements in Bicester and Newbury. Home-working is also considered. We have part-time positions available in Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire (between 15 and 22.5 hours per week) and either full-time or part-time positions in Oxfordshire and Reading/West-Berkshire.

Roles will require some travel around the region, and occasional unsociable working hours.
