We need a Shop Manager to join our small, busy team running our unique and much-loved shop in Emmer Green.

This is a varied and challenging role with the opportunity to have real influence on the management of our shop and the development of our business.

We pay £14,794 pa (rising in January 2019) plus a very generous staff discount.

We need a manager with the following skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
• Cracking customer service skills
• Great at organisation and self-management
• Basic IT competence
• Good knowledge of food
• Interest in organic food and ethical retail
