Office Manager, Reading office based – closing date 15 November 2021

A part time initially one year contract, renewable subject to funding..

Main Purpose of the role is to provide reception and administrative support to the operational running of RRSG’s office. Duties will be typical of those required to ensure the running of a small but busy office and will include:

  • Running the reception area and people waiting for appointments
  • Dealing with all front door, telephone & general email enquiries appropriately and promptly
  • Providing administrative support to the running of the drop-in including ensuring keeping records of attendance and contacting clients on request.
  • Managing the petty cash and banking processes.
  • Assisting the HR Manager with the management of the office in relation to HR records, Health and Safety, equipment and IT support
  • Managing office supplies and stationery and ensure that stocks are maintained at a working level.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time around Office, Admin and HR duties.
Qualifications and Experience should include
  • Right to live & work in England
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Knowledge of Arabic
  • Minimum of 2 years providing administrative support
  • Experience of financial administrative tasks such as invoicing, petty cash reconciliation and banking procedures
  • Experience of recruitment and HR procedures including selection processes and personnel records.
  • Salary scale and Pension 6% employee contribution.
  • 25 days leave plus b/h, additional Christmas
