PACT has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to help us drive our ambitions forward.
The Marketing and Communications Assistant will work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to produce PACT communications and marketing materials and ensure that all internal and external communications, both online and offline, adhere to the PACT style.
The role supports raising awareness of the PACT brand and services by sharing key messages and calls to action on PACT’s social media accounts, updating marketing materials, writing media releases and case studies, and creating e-newsletters for supporters and beneficiaries.
We are looking for someone with experience of using social media for business and / or events, social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and of using both website content management systems (CMS) and the Mailchimp newsletter tool.
You will have excellent written communication skills (in particular copywriting and creative writing) with a high attention to detail. Our team adopts a self-motivated and proactive approach, seeking solutions, remaining flexible and generating new ideas.
