Fundraising Manager – closing date 30 November 2022

We’re looking for a natural relationship builder and experienced all-round Fundraising Manager who can lead a team of passionate and committed fundraisers to generate income from a varied portfolio of activities for Thrive. You will take primary responsibility for existing and new fundraising activities and initiatives and will work closely and collaboratively across the organisation ensuring a significant ROI is achieved. The money you raise will enable us to improve the lives of people living with disability and long-term health conditions.

At Thrive, we care about employee well-being. We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate a good work life balance, competitive leave entitlement and pension, as well as a professional and inspiring working environment. You will also be able to take advantage of well-being days in the garden and truly feel the benefit and impact of social and therapeutic gardening.

If you are a confident manager and have experience of working in fundraising in the charity sector, we can offer you a new and rewarding challenge.
