Lead fundraising and external communications for our award-winning charity. We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our small team as we enter an ambitious period of growth: we plan to double the number of women we help over the next three years.

The successful candidate will cultivate and manage strong relationships with corporate partners, retailers, local stakeholders and individual supporters, as well as creating and organising must-attend fundraising events and engaging fundraising campaigns. The post holder will also promote the mission and work of Smart Works Reading by managing our social media channels and our relationships with local media.
