Home-Start Wokingham District is a local charity that has been providing vital support to families in need for more than 20 years. Our team of well-trained volunteers provide emotional and practical support to families in crisis across the Wokingham Borough.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fundraiser to help us raise funds for this important work. The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with knowledge of the family support/children’s sectors and potential income streams. Experience of the successful development of relationships with businesses and community fundraising would also be welcome.

Working alongside the Scheme Manager and the team you will be responsible for raising funds and also enhancing the profile of Home-Start Wokingham District through social media and ensuring the story of our work gets told. Knowledge of the voluntary sector and safeguarding of children would be welcome but not essential.
