An opportunity has now arisen for an Energy Adviser to join an Energy Saving Trust funded ‘Not One Penny More’ project to provide energy advice to local residents.

The Energy Adviser will be NVQ Level 3 qualified in Energy Advice or equivalent (training will be provided if required) and will provide comprehensive and holistic energy advice. This project supports people living in fuel poverty and/or struggling with fuel debt to make sure that they don’t pay one penny more than they should for their energy bills. You will offer advice over the phone and face to face, either at office, outreach locations or in people’s homes.

Citizens Advice Reading (CAR) is a large busy town centre advice service that deals with around 4000 clients each year.
