We are looking for senior operational leaders with experience in and passion for restorative practices.

We are at an exciting point where we are exploring and actively building new and innovative ways to work alongside families and the community. If you are keen to get creative and explore new opportunities alongside managing and leading an excellent core service, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled strategic thinker able to inspire and lead a remote team to deliver high-quality support services.

They will also be able to design, launch and embed creative, innovative services that embody the principles of restorative, solution-focused and person-led support.

Successful candidates will be positive communicators who enjoy building and nurturing relationships internally and externally.

Willingness to travel to other areas, depending on service need and growth is needed.

£42,000-£50,000

Hybrid with two days a week in our Eastleigh, Hampshire Head Office – requirement for Tuesday in the office

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible

We are committed to safeguarding and all posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check, two satisfactory references and proof of right to work in the UK
