Digital Hub Editor and Content Creator – closing date 21 February 2025

We’re looking for a Digital Hub Editor and Content Creator to transform lives through our unique online support and information service.

Location: Reading/Hybrid, (one day/week in Reading office)
Fixed term up to 12 months (commencing 04/2025)
Hours: P/T 30 hours/week over 4/5 days

As Digital Hub Editor and Content Creator you’ll provide editorial and technical support for our Children and Trauma Community Hub (CATCH) and our new hub, Bounce, that provides domestic violence support. You’ll continue the development of content and functionality of both Hubs.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Keeping our website up to date, on brand, meeting accessibility guidelines
  • Project manage/assist the creation of eLearning courses and modules
  • Film, edit, upload audio visual content
  • Provide technical support to enable smooth delivery
  • Work with our web hosting and partners to fix issues
  • Maintain an overview of analytics, generate reports

About you:
You’ll have competent video and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition or similar, experience of working with WordPress, Google Analytics, html, eLearning platforms and website editing using a CMS. You’ll enjoy collaborating with others, have excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail. Your creative skills will find clear, interesting ways of presenting information and generating new ideas.
