Age UK Berkshire is recruiting a Dementia coordinator for the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead area (WAM).

This role is key to improving the lives of people with dementia and their carers. The individual will lead our dementia friendly work in the WAM area, working with stakeholders across the area to make sure that the borough is dementia friendly. You will need to have a good understanding and knowledge of dementia.

You must be a great multitasker and have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a large variety of stakeholders keen to ensure that people with dementia and their carers get the help and support they need.
This role is initially for a 1-2 year period.
