QVI is a registered charity providing professional foot health services for people who are over 60 or unable to manage their own foot care due to disability or a medical condition. We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join a small team of three, which includes other receptionists and clinic administrator.
Our main clinic is located in Reading but we also provide services at our satellite clinics in Lower Earley and Caversham. The main working hours are Mondays (9 am to 3.30pm). There will also be additional hours by agreement to cover for additional administrative tasks and team members’ holiday or sickness when required.
Your role is to welcome patients to the clinic, arrange appointments, deal with enquiries (including telephone enquiries), take payments, and maintain records. You will need to have experience in a customer-facing role and have empathy with older people.
