Reading Community Learning Centre (RCLC) are looking for a Befriending Facilitator to set up and start our Befriending Service to ensure that mental health and wellbeing of the migrant, refugee and asylum seeking women are a top priority. As the Befriending Facilitator you’ll recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to become befrienders and buddies to our service users
All you need is:
- Experience in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers
- A keen interest in working with and supporting vulnerable ethnic minority migrant and refugee women
- The ability to work over 2/3 days per week for 14 hours
- Have access to a car for work purposes
