RABBLE Theatre is a Reading-based charity committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Our education programmes engage over 2,000 young people and adults each year, helping to build skills, confidence, and stronger communities.
The Arts Administrator (new role 15 hrs/week) will support day-to-day running of RABBLE, with a focus on customer service and administering our education programme. RABBLE offers hybrid working, a typical week would include min 3-days in the office.
Key responsibilities include; managing inboxes, responding to enquiries, coordinating schedules, bookings and venues, maintaining accurate records and databases, assisting with invoicing and financial tracking. The role will also support communications and marketing, including newsletters, reviewing the website, posting and responding to social media, and liaison with a diverse range of stakeholders from schools, participants and parents to partners and audiences.
Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisation and attention to detail, confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media, administrative (Membermeister) and basic design software (Canva). At least one year’s experience in an administrative or customer service role is required.
An interest in the arts is essential, while experience in arts education or community engagement is desirable.
