Office space within Battle Library, a character Grade II Listed building. The office space is self-contained and has been fitted out with raised access flooring, dado trunking and air conditioning. The accommodation includes communal use of a kitchenette and WCs. The office space extends to approximately 24.25m2 (261 sq ft) and is offered on an inclusive basis.
The tenant is to take the premises as found and to carry out such works as are necessary for their occupation. The tenant will also be responsible for internal repairs and decoration of the office accommodation. Contents and third-party liability insurance will be the responsibility of the tenant.
