HMRC is aware that some charities are having difficulty accessing their online portal for submitting Gift Aid claims.  If your charity is in this position and the time limit for making your claim is 31 March, HMRC has asked you to get in touch, using the link below, to explain that there is a claim that you are unable to submit before it falls out of time.  Your position will then be protected by a note of an intention to file being placed on your charity’s record.
