Jane is part of RVA’s Social Prescribing team focusing on Westwood Road Surgery. Jane previously supported the Community Wellness Outreach project, which aimed to reduce health inequalities for our most vulnerable communities by providing NHS Health Checks and holistic support to enable people to take action to improve their health.
