Sebastian’s Action Trust supports families of seriously-ill children from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond by listening and responding to their unmet needs.

We have two main aims:

Providing holidays in our purpose-built holiday home: We have built a holiday home for children with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses, giving them the opportunity for a respite break with family and loved ones, in a purpose-built facility.

Providing support: To offer emotional, social and practical support for children with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses and their families. We understand that every family’s situation is unique and we look to meet their individual needs by giving meaningful assistance at critical times.

Our volunteers help at fundraising events. Our Befrienders offer regular support for families or help at our family activity events.
