Naomi House and Jacksplace provide respite and end of life care for young people up to the age of 25 who have either a life limiting or life threatening illness. We support the whole family, and have a range of services to ensure that all the family are supported. We rely upon our volunteers to help raise the money needed to keep both of the hospices open and supporting the families. We cover 7 counties and are always in need of more volunteers to help raise the awareness of the amazing work at the hospice, and to help reach those who have not been told about us.
