Our mission: to inspire children to develop a ‘toolkit’ of life skills and strategies to look after their mental wellbeing. We aim to rebalance the education system to one where the mental wellbeing of children is as important as their academic achievement. Activities INSIDE OUT’S 5 Keys to Happiness is an evidence-based framework improving children’s mental wellbeing, social skills, and engagement through exciting activities, programmes, whole-school initiatives, and transformational targeted interventions.
