Grow Inspires works for social inclusion through enterprise. Key beneficiaries are ex-offenders / others who feel excluded from “mainstream” society including the homeless, single parents, longterm unemployed. Often the “excluded” find it particularly hard to get into satisfying employment or are only considered suitable for menial work.

We help motivated individuals sell their skills directly to end customers either as freelancers or through their own company. Our 10 week intro helps identify marketable skills and turn them into valued products, discover the right customers, the right messaging and the most effective way to reach them. We aim that everyone has sold something before the end of the introduction. Then we introduce them into a supportive eco-system of non-judgemental small businesses to share best practice and provide trading partners.
