The FISH Volunteer Centre is a registered charity run by volunteers providing a range of support services and community transport for those who are elderly, infirm or disabled within Sonning Common and all the surrounding villages
The support we provide includes providing transport for appointments.
We can sometimes pick up and deliver medication but mostly the chemist provides a delivery service. We have regular mini bus trips for our clients to do their shopping. We have a monthly programme on our website www.fishvolunteercentre.org.uk
Our catchment areas are as follows:
- To the North: Stoke Row, Kingwood Common, Wyfold, Highmoor, Satwell, Shepherds Green, Witheridge Hill, Peppard, Greys, Broadplat
- To the East: Shiplake Cross, Harpsden, Crowsley, Binfield Heath
- To the West: Cane End, Hook End, Checkendon, Exlade Street
- To the South: Sonning Common, Gallowstree Common, Kidmore End, Tokers Green, Chazey Heath, Chalkhouse Green
