Age UK Berkshire is increasing its services and staff/volunteer numbers in the Wokingham Borough area. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced services manager to lead, develop, implement and deliver a portfolio of diverse services to support older people, people with dementia and carers in the area.

You will be part of the senior management team and be able to make a direct impact on people’s lives. We are a friendly, caring team making a real difference to older people in the area.

Main Duties

• Service management
• Overall responsibility for the management and accountability for the performance of a portfolio of services
• Producing monitoring and evaluation reports
• Budget management for selected services
• Ensuring services are delivered in line with Health and safety requirements and that appropriate risk assessments are completed.
