We’re looking for a Trainee Horticultural Therapist who can work with groups of clients in establishing personalised goals and supporting Client Gardeners in achieving their objectives.
We’re looking for candidates who have are keen to start a career in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture. You’ll need to be able to build rapport with a wide range of people and ideally have a recognised horticultural qualification. We will create a personalised development plan with the successful candidate, which will include either a funded place on Thrive’s Award or Diploma in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture, depending on experience.
