We are now seeking a full-time Service Manager to strategically develop our former rough sleeper service. We are looking for a creative, dynamic and innovative individual with strong team management skills who can set the direction for the service and inspire the team to follow.

As our Supported Housing Service Manager you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to further develop the psychologically, trauma informed service and resolve long-term challenges.
• Ensure the service meets or exceeds contract expectations with a focus on move on.
• Manage and develop a team of 10 direct reports across 24 hours.
• Work closely with our strategic partners to strengthen our working partnerships and outcomes.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of managing a 24-hour housing service, assertively managing clients with multiple needs, creating and implementing strategy, successfully managing teams working in housing/homelessness. Our ideal candidate is a positive and creative self-starter who can take responsibility for developing our supported housing strategy over the coming years.
