Service Support Worker – Support at Home

Location: Home/office working and community post covering Bracknell & surrounding area

Fixed Term Contract to the end of March 2023
Hours: 21hrs per week part-time, Monday to Wednesday between 10am and 6pm
Salary: £18,379 per annum pro rata (£11,027 per annum at 21hrs per week)

As a Service Support Worker, you will provide the support and care which can make a vital difference to the quality of people’s lives, allowing them to continue living at home. Your role will allow people to enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives, a career within Independent Living can be rewarding and satisfying, providing extensive progression opportunities allowing you to build relationships with both colleagues and service users.

You should be:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent by experience)
  • IT literate
  • Full driving licence holder and access to own vehicle
  • Have a good knowledge of services provided by the NHS and Social Care
