We seek a shop manager to help us sell organic food and ethically sourced household goods in our not-for-profit shop in Emmer Green. The shop manager will work 35 hours per week in partnership with our current shop manager (25 hours per week). They will benefit from working in a small committed team supporting an active and lively membership, a generous discount for personal purchases in the shop, 28 days holiday per annum and an occupational pension scheme.

With 100 members and a turnover of £500K/annum we were able to satisfy the tremendous demand for wholesome food that we have seen during lockdown. We are now poised to expand our sales to those for whom Covid-19 has been a wake-up call to move away from processed foods, and to improve their diet.
