We’re looking for a full-time Senior Care Support Worker in our 4ME Activities Service, which offers full-day week time opportunities for adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

As a Senior Care Support Worker you will not only being making a huge difference to people’s lives, but you’ll be able to join in and help plan many of the activities and enjoy trips out, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.

As well as ensuring clients are fully involved with activities, the postholder will be part of a small team providing practical assistance including personal care, everyday living skills and travel awareness.

We are looking for:
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a small team
• Is adaptable and non-judgmental
• Has good communication skills
• Has experience of working with people with learning disabilities or has working in a caring role with other vulnerable people.
