We are working with families under the UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS) program in Reading & West Berkshire. We are seeking a Resettlement Program Manager to lead our small Resettlement team, which supports refugees in settling in the area and helps them rebuild their lives within the boroughs of Reading, Wokingham, and West Berkshire. The Resettlement Program Manager will oversee the delivery of the Resettlement Program, the Ukrainian Program, and the NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds) Program.

This post will be working in collaboration with the Deputy CEO to ensure the smooth running of the scheme.

In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scheme is meeting service delivery targets. You will lead and develop the team to make sure clients receive accurate information and appropriate support. You will liaise with external partners and will attend relevant meetings and comply with reporting responsibilities.

This role will involve line-management responsibilities, and you will be required to provide some casework cover during staff absences.
