Age UK Berkshire is expanding its services and is looking to recruit a motivated individual to help and support older people thinking about relocating / moving home.

We are looking for someone who can help and support older people with relocation, from thinking about where they want to live, to supporting with all the administration and practical support around moving.

This will mean talking to estate agents, care homes, and removal companies, putting the needs of the older person that they are supporting at the heart of what they do, in order to ensure a smooth, stress-free process.

Driving licence and access to a car is essential.
